I was waiting until Carrington was born to share some of the special moments of my pregnancy. A few things that I loved were, of course, working on the nursery, doing Maternity pictures, and having a few 3D/4D pictures given to me from one of our doctor's appointments.
Another surprise was having one of the girls in my neighborhood, Ashley McCombs, throw me (and another neighbor) a joint baby shower. Although there was nothing I needed, I learned a lot about friendship and support from this small but extremely thoughtful gesture. It was beautiful, and I wish I could better thank her!
Doug and I found out I was pregnant on Valentine's Day, 2010. This was a huge surprise for us, especially sine Trey was not even 1 years old yet, but I've learned that my plan is not always God's plan (it rarely ever is!). Carrington has been such a blessing, and I didn't even know I could feel even more complete then I already was, but I do!
